You use the cashless card to buy drinks and food at the festival.
How does it work?

▪️Choose the amount you want to put on your cashless card and pay with your bank card (debit card) or cash
▪️ The amount you choose will then be converted into the special currency of Flashback Festival, the FLASH
Refund Policy
Have you still got some FLASHES on your card at the end of the festival?
No problem: from 17 May till 30 May you can request a refund via the website.
Only 2 FLASHES are charged for this service to cover administration and transaction costs.
All requested refunds will be paid from 3 July 2023.

First of all, purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Prevent fraud and buy or sell your ticket only via Ticketswap.
This way the prices remain fair for everyone and the buyer also plays it safe. Ticketswap provides a new barcode for every buyer.
PERSONALIZATION
Don't worry, personalization is not necessary. Luckily, the name on the ticket isn’t important. When you’re at Flashback Festival, the only thing that gets verified is the barcode.
Opening Hours
13:00h – 01:00h
EXIT = NO RE-ENTRY!
Make sure you arrive in time! Doors are open until 22:00h.
Minimum Age & Zero Tolerance
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for Flashback Festival is 18 years. No valid ID = no entry and no refund!
ZERO TOLERANCE
The local government has a zero tolerance policy with regard to all types of soft and hard drugs. When violations are established by the police, an immediate amicable settlement will be proposed for limited user quantities, which means that the fine that is imposed must be paid immediately before you can re-enter the festival site.
If you refuse or are unable to do so, an official report will be sent to the public prosecutor's office and you risk prosecution. Larger quantities will in any case lead to legal prosecution and denial of access to the festival or removal from the site.
Anyone who needs to have certain medication with them can take it with them on presentation of a doctor's certificate.
How To Get There
Kristalpark, Balendijk, 3920 Lommel, Belgium
CAR
Via the E313 (coming from Antwerp, Gent, Kortrijk, Breda, …) take exit 23 Geel-West. After the exit you take the N19 to Geel. On the first round abound, go right to the R14 – direction Mol/Lommel. You will drive on the N71 direction Lommel, follow the signs until you’ll reach the festival site on the right-hand side.
Via the E314 (coming from Brussel) follow the E314 to Hasselt. Take direction Antwerp at Lummen E313.
Take exit 23 Geel-West. After the exit you take the N19 to Geel. On the first round abound, go right to the R14 – direction Mol/Lommel. You will drive on the N71 direction Lommel, follow the signs until you’ll reach the festival site on the right-hand side.
Via the E313 (coming from Liege) follow the E313 to Hasselt. Take direction Antwerp at Lummen E313. Take exit 23 Geel-West. After the exit you take the N19 to Geel. On the first round abound, go right to the R14 – direction Mol/Lommel. You will drive on the N71 direction Lommel, follow the signs until you’ll reach the festival site on the right-hand side.
Via the E313 (coming from Eindhoven) follow the N69 to Valkenswaard. Take direction Lommel N71. You will drive on the N71 direction Lommel, follow the signs until you’ll reach the festival site on the left-hand side.
PARKING
Follow the signs from the highway to Kristalpark Lommel. As soon as you leave the road you must follow the signs to ‘Parking Festival’. You have to pay 10 EUR for 1 day. The parking lots are within walking range of the main entrance.

KISS & RIDE
Don’t feel like driving yourself? Make sure to meet at the Kiss & Ride zone. Follow the signs to Kristalpark Lommel. Afterwards follow the signs to the Kiss & Ride.
BIKE
Follow the signs for the cyclists and park your bike in front of the entrance.
Payment Methods
There will not be an ATM available at Flashback. Flashback Festival = cashless! You use the cashless card to buy drinks and food at the festival.
Please visit one of the cashless top up points, or the former voucher checkouts at the site.
Choose the amount you want to put on your cashless card and pay with your bank card (debit card) or cash. The amount you choose will then be converted into the special currency of Flashback Festival, the FLASH.
Accepted cards: Maestro, Mister Cash, Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa/Electron.
Lockers
There will be lockers available during Flashback Festival. Renting a locker will cost you 6 EUR.
Merchandise
There will be a stand at Flashback Festival where you can buy all kinds of official Bass Events and Flashback merchandise.
Lost & Found
Bring in stuff you have found, share the love and collect your karma points (location during Flashback Festival: merchandise stand). You'll make our and their day!
After the festival, all items will be handed over to the police station in Lommel.
